 On January 31, 2024, LRGC was awarded. 

 two contracts worth $602,224.00. Both contracts are awarded through Fort McCoy, and they are both for Army Reserve Command, Reserve Stations in Michigan.

The first contract covers various locations in the Detroit Area, including Ann Arbor, Fraser, Inkster, Jackson, Livonia, Waterford, and Southfield. Snow removal will be provided for each location, as well as spring cleanup.

The second contract pertains to Grand Rapids, Muskegon, and Portage. Snow removal will be provided for each location. Additionally, in the spring, cleanup will be provided. 

  Little River Development is honored to play a role in this development project with Samarita’s. On Thursday, February 8th, 2024, Brittney and Tyler attended the groundbreaking for First Hope Apartments in Spring Lake. This project is scheduled to be completed by February 2025.

 Little River Real Estate Management now is offering online services for tenants. This makes our rental services for tenants more efficient.

Little River Real Estate Management is excited to announce that one of our properties has been remodeled and being used as a short-term vacation rental through Airbnb.

 We have started partnering NSPS resources with purchases needed for Real Estate repairs and upgrades. 

We have also started exploring options for using NSPS resources for NSRG in particular purchases within Nativewahl. This will start with The Inn of the Mountain Gods location once everything is in place.

 NAUC has executed its first MOU with a tribe to provide them electric service that we're hoping to start in March. 

 NSRG is working extensively with the construction teams and tribal leaders in California and Oklahoma to make sure both Nativewahl locations are set to open on time.
